Treatments for patients from Switzerland

Patients from Switzerland come to us with the same concerns as everyone else. Most often they ask about:

Planning appointments when you travel further

To make the journey worthwhile, we arrange appointments with you. For aligner treatment we schedule check-ups at longer intervals where clinically appropriate and often provide several sets of aligners at once. You can send your appointment request online around the clock; on working days we usually reply within 24 hours.

Costs and billing for Swiss patients

As a patient from Switzerland you pay for treatment yourself. Billing follows German law – for dental services the German fee schedule for dentists (GOZ). Before treatment starts you receive a written cost plan that you can submit to your supplementary insurer; whether, and to what extent, it contributes depends on your policy.

You can pay in cash or by card. Read more under costs and billing.
